While working with the charity Childaid, I spent time with the children of the railway slums. These children, mostly runaways, flirt in and out of the charities help most of then returning to the way of life around the railway terminus. They scrounge a living throuth both legitimate and illegal means with most of their earnings being spent on substance abuse. before moving on to harder drugs.
